Richard Wolfli, President & CEO, Director
Richard Wolfli is an energy executive and engineer with 18 years of petroleum engineering, exploration and management experience. Most recently he was vice president of exploration at a private Western Canadian based petroleum company, and previously has served as president of two exploration companies.
Jim Carriere, VP Land
James (Jim) Carriere is a petroleum landman with 36 plus years of petroleum land negotiation, administration, and contractual experience. He is a 30 year Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen member and has worked in various employee and consulting capacities for major and independent companies both public and private in the Canadian and US petroleum exploration and production sector.
Melinda M. Lee, Director
Melinda Lee is the Vice President Investments for Clarke Inc., a publicly-traded diversified holding company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX:CKI) with investments in transportation solutions, manufacturing, and cold storage, among others. Clarke invests in both public and private entities with the goal of increasing shareholder value through active involvement with management. Ms. Lee joined Clarke in May 2006 and is also the Vice President of Geosam Investments Limited, a private investment holding company based in Halifax. Ms. Lee joined Geosam in 2003 after 7 years of public accounting experience at CA firms in Ottawa and Halifax. Ms. Lee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. F.X. University and obtained her CA designation in 1999. Ms. Lee also serves on the Boards of Trustees of Royal Host REIT (TSX:RYL.UN) and General Donlee Income Fund (TSX:GDI.UN).
Milan Wolfli, Director
Milan Wolfli is a professional engineer with 38 plus years of experience petroleum engineering and management experience. Mr. M. Wolfli has acted as president, director, and COO of numerous private companies and a public company, both in Canada and Europe.
Bruce Lawrence, Director and Corporate Counsel
Mr. Lawrence is a partner with the law firm of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in their Calgary office. Mr. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Calgary (1979) and a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Alberta (1982). Mr. Lawrence has practiced in the corporate commercial area for over 23 years. Mr. Lawrence has advised public companies on all aspects of their operations throughout his career.
